- Balance: Hard to tell exactly about what all was done (I have probably forgotten a good amount myself), but it more or less extends to everything. - Updated migration systems (USA doesn't get 99% by default, more chance for minors to snatch some, more impact of POP culture, slightly higher internal and colonial migration). - New westernization system (more reforms and better balance, unlocked techs and changed unciv events). - Social Liberal parties for all nations. - New NF to use (improve pop growth, boost literacy, promote order, promote progress, etc.). - Rebel Scaling (rebels will unlock Army techs as the game progresses to make them less of a pushover).

- Event changes: Reduced the number of spammy events (e.g. - Quality of Life decisons (build lvl 1 forts everywhere, build level 1 ports everywhere, toggle decision display, disable spammy RGO change/improvement events, switch from regional to global election events). - Overhauled LIT/CON/PLU system (you can actually play a repressive dictatorship for quite some time without constant revolts - if you invest enough into supressing your pops AND making them happy). - Lots of new events (mostly focused on internal politics, like party scandals and great ideology leaders). - AI help (better and smarter POP promotion, more logical tech choises and some extra tax efficiency to make AI a bit better at playing the game without giving unfair advantages). - Tech Synergies (get extra bonus when you have all techs of the same tier, makes weak techs a lot more desireable). - Timeline goes to 1951 (you can play longer, although the V2 mechanics certainly break down past 1919, so I have limited changes to an extended end date + an extra tech tier with new inventions). - More techs and inventions, inlcuding tier VII technologies and inventions for 1920.
