The three also each composed a song for the album, which is produced by prominent music producer Jae Chong. Music producer Rodney Jerkins, who has worked with the likes of Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston, composed two songs for the album, while Grammy Award-winning superstar Kanye West joins the boys on the album's first single Ayyy Girl. The Beginning is the boys' first English-language album, and they have assembled an impressive team for the effort. Despite their recent troubles, Jun Su, Jae Joong, and Yoo Chun are going ahead with their first step towards global music domination.
