Then get your Sim pregnant again as quickly as possible and use the cheat again. Use CTRL+SHIFT+C to bring up the cheat menu and then type forcetwins in the box. The closest thing you can get to quads with cheats is by first having a pregnant Sim. Is there any way you can have like triplets or more babies on sims 3 for PC?
